Billing:
Pro-Rata Billing (Monthly): Maintenance plans are billed on a pro-rata basis, with payments collected on the 20th of each month. You only pay for the exact portion of service you’ve used. If you change plans part-way through the month, the charge is adjusted automatically so you’re only billed for the days on each plan. This keeps billing fair, clear, and consistent.
